Homusubi's Taiwan (Tsai Ing-wen)

"Salutations, Your Excellency, Tsai Ing-wen, first woman to claim the Presidency of the Republic of China, and may your wise judgment protect this land for generations to come. Those who held your title before you had been refugees, forced to flee their old homeland to this isle off the coast, and yet proved themselves far from saintly when they arrived. Your own ancestors' tradition was different, calling this island home for centuries. Slowly but surely, the newcomers were taught to love this island of many treasures, and their martial regime gave way to a new democracy, nobody superior to any other.

President Tsai, though your people have found peace at long last, your enemies outside your lands are numerous, and the world is only one step from another disaster. Can you guide your beloved Taiwan through this troubled age? Can you prove to the world that your people can be a friend, a model even, rather than a mere political issue? Can you build a civilisation that stands the test of time?"

TAIWAN - TSAI ING-WEN

UA - BENTUHUA

Automatically annex Puppeted Cities after a number of turns equal to their current population, generating a random Great Work slot and Great People points per turn in the city.

UU - CHING CHIANG

Replaces the Battleship. Rather than being unlocked at a tech, is unlocked when you get your first third-tier ideological tenet. Does not require Oil, and Is hidden when starting its turn adjacent to at least two land tiles.

UB - IHUI

A Taiwanese unique Courthouse. Can be built in former Puppets as well as in regular Occupied Cities. The Culture cost of Social Policies is not affected by the existence of cities with Ihui.
