Rudolph W. Giuliani was born in the 28th of May, 1944. Growing up in Brooklyn, his mother and father instilled him very important values of authority and order. He would serve in multiple attorney positions. When he was selected for US Attorney of Southern New York. There he went to war with the problems of drugs, mafia, and violence. Giuliani's 4,152 convictions (against only 25 reversals) distinguish him as one of the most effective U.S. Attorneys in American history.

It doesn't end there, after taking down the entire Mafia of New York, crime organizations which had settled there for almost a century, Giuliani would become Mayor of New York in 1993. In his first term in office, he crushed crime by an astonishing 95%. Although some criticized the racial profiling and the police brutality, he had turned New York City, formerly known as "Fear City" into one of the safest big cities in America. He is also known for his response to the September 11th attacks.
