Konsul F5A

Introduced in 1974, it was basically a scaled down version of enormous F4, but in liftback flavour. Powered by engines ranging from 1,7l OHC up to the 2,5l DOHC and rare 3,3l V6, both with fuel injection system. Largely based on F4, the F5 also had hudropneumatic suspension, F5 was used as proper large representative car that could also be used by a family. Since 1974 new way of naming trims was introduced, with A trim being the top one, L middle trim one and S the bottom trim one. This is A version, meaning top trim (extra details, wooden trim inside) and good engine. F5 was replaced by F5M in 1983, heavily modded version with plastic instead of chrome, and later F6, introduced in 1984. F5M remained in production up until 1991.
