For those that that didn't want the "all in one" pack, here's the Special infected Strogg ready to mingle with the common infected zombies.

this hard crashed the game twice as in whole pc froze after starting a map with this

note for everyone who loves this mod:

you can now get an add-on to this mod which replaces the l4d1 special infected.
