Uncanny Dodge

Description
This mod adjusts base dodge chance cap to 80%. This is my first mod and I hope to add a little more flexibility to it in the future. I hope you enjoy!

Feels much better. I have a completely unbalanced fighter with 230x movement and she can only dodge 50% of the time? smh my fully archotech limbed, power-armor wearing pawns should be able to dodge bullets OFTEN
