New Thick-Thin Borders (Ironman compatible)

Description
My thick and thin border mod from years ago, finally trying to fix it and made a few changes I think make it better but you guys tell me.


Created out of the want to have thick outer borders but with thin inner ones, and all other border mods seemed to either have one or the other.


Should be compatible with basically everything, unless it also changes the borders

Ironman compatible.

Ironman compatible? If yes, add that to the title and description so it appears in Ironman related searches. Cheers
