Currently It adds a few features.

3 Faction Buff Consumables that grant invisibility to 2 types of creatures as well as radiation immunity.
Buff 1 - Animus - Grants invisibility to the "Robotic" Creatures
Buff 2 - Enlightened - Grants invisibility to the "Corrupted" Creatures
Buff 3- UNM - Invisibility to old defense system creatures

Corrupted creatures have been made Tamable and Breedable but have not been changed in any other way.

Added a new type of creature "Robotic" These are tek dinos that use the same AI as the Corrupted dinos.

Corrupted and Robotic dinos will fight each other before turning on you unless you get too close.

New resources have been added including an Element Gas Vein (dont get too close to this when its erupting).
All crafting recipes are currently subject to change

interesting... i would like to see robots like humanoids that players can pick to be.... just needing element dust or oil to survive. Now that would be cool.
