Rocket Turn Off Rare Export

Description
Turn off rare exporting when a rocket lands (every time).
Append "Export" to the end of the rocket name to have this mod ignore it.

This doesn't work for rockets built on Mars. Can it be added so that rare metals are turned off when the rocket construction is complete?
