@guardmark I donr use blender, thats why I cant explain it. You need to scale your model since it fits to the skeleton. Then you need to bring the parts of the skeleton to the right positions of the body, like all of the bones are inside of it. Then you need to bind the body to the skeleton.
If its to difficult for you, I could try it for you.

When the skeletons are imported to blender they bunched up how do you sort that as someone who’s not a 3d designer
