Colored Hitbox Renderer

All this adds is color coded hit boxes so you can tell if each hitbox group has been properly addressed (for example a head hitbox actually leading to a headshot). Really helpful for checking if a model will work in TTT.

Colored outlines:
Orange = Head
Green = Chest
Yellow = Stomach
Blue = Left Arm
Pink = Right Arm
Cyan = Left Leg
Light Pink = Right Leg
White = fallback (non addressed hitbox)

Commands:
hitbox_togglerender - Turns the entire system on/off. Needs to be on for any of the below commands to work.
hitbox_renderlocalplayer - Turns on/off rendering the hitbox of the player (you)
hitbox_renderragdolls - Turns on/off rendering the hitboxes of any spawned ragdolls
hitbox_renderall - Turns on/off rendering any object hitboxes (a bit overkill tbh)
hitbox_renderHitColors - Turns on/off coloring the hitboxes by the hitbox type (Hitboxes will be blue without this turned on).
