Hotshots Tao Folding Map

This is a modernization of the original "Tao Folding Map" by Taosenai. He kindly allowed me to update it and add my own features:

Just like the original addon, it allows you to bind your own keys and displays a moveable paper map or "digital tablet map" on your screen. It's location on the screen can be changed, as well as switched between paper and tablet mode, while the map is visible and by pressing the configured button (Shift+Ctrl+Alt+M by default).

This mod actually had a "fixed" code for every playable map (like Altis, Stratis, ...) which means it was way outdated for the newer Arma maps or community made maps:

• Changed the code to accept any map as it calculates the scale!
  
• Darkened the paper map at night, as it shouldn't be really readable without any light source... (I may change this value; I'm gonna have to play it more)
  
• Improved several lines of code in the process of adding new features

This is why I wanted to do my own version: the original map pretty much always worked; you just needed a map in the inventory and you were good to go.
I wanted a more... realistic approach and change it, so that you get something for using Arma 3's different items!

• The paper map only works if you have a map in the inventory and the tablet only works if you have a GPS or UAV-Terminal in your inventory!
  
• It will switch automatically between the two modes whatever you have in your inventory; so if you have your tablet open but decide to drop your GPS, it'll switch back to the paper map (if you have that equipped; else it won't work at all!)
  
• Disables the Extended Map icons for the paper map, even if they are enabled in the difficulty option! (they are still visible in the "main" map though, as I don't want to change the games difficulty!)
  
• GPS only shows your own position! Only the Terminal will give you all map info (only what is enabled via difficulty of course!)
  
• If you open the main map, it now automatically re-opens the Tao-Map if it was open before!
  
• Moves/re-centers the map sooner when coming close to the edges; especially usefull when driving!
  
• Allows the GPS-Tao-Map to be open when in GUNNER view (ie. looking down sights), IF either the "Tactical Glasses" or "Tactical Shades" are also equipped!
