Description
This is a UI mod that was created as a commission it requires the plugin to work. The plugin was created by Paradox.

Anyone who modifies, or makes any changes to the mod files without permission from me will be subjected to Steam copyright policy, and Steam Subscriber Agreement. Which will result in Copyright Infringement report to Valve.

Vanilla servers are meant to not have plugins. Which means they can't have stuff like this anyways.
