The lower decks in the fore are designed for your pleasure, with large windows and expansive lounge areas. The aft is equipped with various utilities, two large engine nacelles, and a Jump drive. But fear not! The aft isn't entirely boring! A full 360 degree observation deck is situated nicely on the top of the ship! In addition, it has 8 fully functioning autocannons, to scare off any pirate that gets an eye for your ship. (Or to terrorize your enemies with) And, if it all goes to crap, an escape pod has been provided, free of cost. The escape pod is fully equipped with all your survival needs too, of course. The escape pod is very limited in design, and does not have any control over movement or orientation. It is not recommended to have an emergency in deep space.
To launch pod, report to emergency airlock and open boarding ramp. Enter the pod, and take control of the cockpit in the front. Deactivate the merge blocks, and wait. The parachutes will deploy automatically.
If the pod remains in deep space, and your ship survives, you may pick it back up. First, ensure the pods merge blocks are on. Then, in the fourth control group (Reach by pressing Ctrl+4 in the main cockpit of the Lux) use the cameras to align the pod, and activate the Lux's Merge blocks.
