@shadowhunter388 IIRC HECU uses Urban BDUs, Black PCV/Power Combat Vests with green rigs, and M81 Woodlands Helmets. so you're mostly correct.

IIRC didn' they have Woodland camo helmets, woodland vest, and urban camo uniforms.
