Small mining outpost inspired by one of the in-game encounter stations

Started out as an attempt to modify the original by adding hydrogen and production, then I decided to just make a new station based off it. This version has hydrogen storage, basic production, and more turrets.

I'd recommend placing the station into a cliffside or asteroid somewhere between the two white markers on the support arms, as shown in the last screenshot. This is just to make sure that destroying the terrain isn't way easier than destroying the arms themselves.

Cargo:
- 3 Large Cargo Containers
- 3 Large Hydrogen Tanks
- 2 Small Hydrogen Tanks
- 2 Oxygen Tanks

Production:
- 1 Assembler
- 1 Basic Refinery
- 1 O2/H2 Generator

Other:
- Store Block
- 1 Contracts Block
(Feel free to replace these with a programmable block and a timer if you want)

Power:
- 5 Batteries
- 2 Small Reactors

Defenses:
- 6 Gatling Turrets
