Description
Requirements: WCML Over Shap, BR Blue Class 101 DMU (New Version)

Description: You are in charge of an afternoon parcels service between London Euston and Glasgow Central where you will take control of the leg between Preston and Carlisle. Although this service normally has a clear, non-stop run to Carlisle, it isn't always the case and may well not be today.

Briefing: Starting at Preston, you are awaiting your booked path. Once given the signal to proceed, you will be running non-stop to Carlisle.

Duration: 90 Minutes

Very nice run that. Running over Shap is like going on a helter skelter as a kid, you know it's a long hard slog climbing up to the top but great fun coming back down!

Very quick run, except for the long drag up to Shap at 20,8 mph. Then I discovered I had accidently moved the loco brake into "on full". :-[

Unfortunately, that is not an issue I can do anything about as the scenario creator, it's related to the route on your system.

Yes i agree it is a good scenario one of the better ones i have run. But when i get outside preston i have found the railway lines have gone and just plain grey ballest and running on invisable rails. Thanks
