Metrostroi pogons V2 (VISION)

This is a completely redesigned shoulder straps, this time they were made with notes of the realities of the metro, this addon will be periodically updated by me to add new shoulder straps.

Installing the addon is simple, subscribe to it and add it to the server collection, then in the settings of the metadmin/shoulder straps, configure which rank is assigned to which shoulder strap.
