Description
Adds info to Consumption (and Production) tooltip to see how much material is being used at factories (or anything else that consumes resources).
It looks better in the Production tooltip, but it should be in the Consumption one, so it's in both.

After installing it, the 'RCMiner' presents a small error when I put the mouse over it to see the statistics, it opens a floating window (as before) but without data that does not close, it is necessary to exit the game and close 'Surviving Mars '.
