Abemama (Tembinok')

Adds Abemama (also known as Apemama), an atoll in Kiribati, under the chief Tembinok' (also known as Tembinoka and Tem Binoka). Tembinok' was known as the last major expansionist chief of the Gilbert Islands before the Islands were taken by the British. Tembinok' was a very strict leader, by allowing hardly any foreigners to come into contact with him, and by regulating his own atoll's economy with the appealing Copra trade. It was a feat for Tembinok' to have his own independent empire in the Pacific as late as the late 19th century.
