Two multiskin and combat chatter mutators!

Originally I had dipped into Ravenscript a few days before making the mod, and wanted to do a little something - so on the human side of things, we have around a dozen different skins you can pop in, and over thirteen hundred different voicelines ported out of Combat Evolved!

There's voices you might hear for spawning, character-specific voicelines, dozens of death screams - we've got post-kill taunts, the Sarge telling you to stop teamkilling, and more!

If you want to run the voices with some other skins, feel free - there's a config button that lets you turn 'em on and off!

The same goes for the Covie mutator - not as many voice lines, around 70 of them, but they're skin specific!

If you leave the Covie multiskin turned on, elites will shout like elites, and grunts will squeal like grunts, and that's with the dozen skin variants they get, too!

No jackals or hunters right now, but hey - grunts are more fun.
