Description

Gates now give +20 public order. Now there won't be rebels spawning at unpopulated gates.

does this increase FACTION WIDE public order? Or just public order in "gate settlements?"

It should work just fine without having to update. Also I don't think this is needed anymore since the gates have already been patched.
