Description
A very buggy attempt at making allies 'smarter' by removing hardcoded advantages for enemy vs allied units. Health for units have been equalized wherever possible, damage of projectiles equalized, rate of fire equalized. This is for the main campaign.

Xedmod doesn't seem to import campaign descriptions automatically so there's no descriptions or anything. Also I don't know how to tie the modified database version into the base game, and the engine doesn't offer upgrades, selecting a ship, and related.

In terms of testing, there seems to be bugs with the campaign script, despite importing it (got a crash in mission 3 after killing a corvette).

This is mostly released if others want to work on polishing this since I have other things I'm working on (for other games) and this was a relatively quick change in Xedmod. Also used as an experiment in balancing.

Known bugs (no I won't be fixing these):
-No Descriptions
-No Mission Image
-Crash in Mission 3 if enemy corvette killed
-Mission 4 doesn't load
-All weapons available
-Mission 13 freeze 2nd half

Random thoughts:
*It would've been easier if I could just modify the database directly rather than having to import the missions, except I can't since the database is compressed/encrypted.
*Early missions are far too easy with allies being not artificially weakened

dude why dont you try to make a simple capital vs captial ship battle like 3 main capital ships on both sides and some fighters like 20-40 fighter-bombers on each sidee?

@皇家礼炮 I'm currently modding Endless Legend, previously moded/developed Darkest Hour, bits of Total War, and considering making my own game instead sometime. Therefore, unfortunately this won't see any future development. I'm more of a strategy gamer myself.

It sounds great in theory. Having allies that didn't suck would be super helpful in a bunch of the missions. If it didn't break the game in several ways, then I would get it.
