Update 06.02.22 - Uploaded to most current version, 3.4.3

This mod simply gives the different types of federations their own unique backgrounds. Because this version is a replacer and not a standalone, it doesn't modify the UI or mess with any scripting, so I imagine this should work with ironman/multiplayer.
