hi there ! =)
This file is just me fiddling with both mod in order to make civics expanded work with Alpha mod =)
So far so good :D
This file shall be below Alpha mod in the load order =)
Also, i didn't make the original mod Civics expanded or Alpha mod =)
I just want both to work at the same time ^^

after i got this mod and used it on some empires i alwas had food shortages why?
