Back Story of this build:

About a month ago, FigoPhoenix built a grounding breaking hover from WipEout. From that moment on, I always wish to build one of my own. Later, Marcus, the Dev, and FigoPhoenix built hovers from F-zero. F-zero is a game released in the 90s. The geometry of the ships were simple yet distinctive. So I thought I would build a ship from WipEout released during that time.

Eventually, I landed on the AG Systems craft featured in the very first WipEout game. Even though my family had a PS1 when I was very young, I did not play the first WipEout simply because my dad did not spot that game. I had more experience with WipEout Pure and Pulse. In both games, AG systems is my team of choice. I really hope I can somehow get a chance to play the original WipEout.

As you had imagined, building this ship is not easy due to the lack of information. One of the source I used was a DeviantArt post by ThreeDmaniak (Link: https://www.deviantart.com/rossriders/art/WipEout-F3600-by-ThreeDmaniak-388565939). I also watched a lot of in game footage.

If you know me, you would know I love to build things with realistic size. Same rules apply here as well. After browsing through a few WipEout forums, I estimated that the ship should have a length of around 10m. The ship was built around the cockpit. My previous build, Meteor F8 served as my reference for the cockpit size. Then with my reference materials, every thing came into shape. But due to the lack of reference, the underpart was basically a product of my imagination.

Building is one thing, tuning is another. By modifying the file of the machine, I had managed to let it hover at the right height. Some extreme measures were also implemented to give this craft the ability to lean towards the right direction when turning which, in turn, made it more stable.

After this build, I may stop for a while because the school load is going to become heavy. I hope you enjoy!

Oof, I had just found a more reliable source of reference. I might have to rebuild this thing.

I thought a lot about what I could write ... no words ... it's unique. This is brutally amazing.

Going to add this one to the collection because it is so damn good
