Once man had taken to the stars, they discovered new technologies, like how to harvest certain crystals to create power, and to create generators that somehow create gravity without spinning. (People still don't know how it works it just does.) Soon they created a ship, only light and very slow, but who cares? Its in space and isn't imploding everytime you press "forward".
