So, @shentino, your mod is a game-saver for me. I'm running around 225 mods without errors and my colonists wouldn't feed prisoners. Adding this mod fixed it for me. Many thanks!

I don't think so, all it does is gather all the feeding jobs into a separate job type. I don't think there's an actual way to manually feed your animal unless maybe they're downed.

@paolini I don't know, is meditation an actual job that has a workgiver for it or is it a leisure/recreation type activity that can only be done passively?
