STATUS Speedster

Description

With modular engines coming soon, I thought I would release one last series of extra special cars.

STATUS Speedster started with a goal of being the purest, simplest, ultimate driver's car. Every detail was analyzed and tested to deliver the most rewarding and fun to drive car I can build.

Perfect weight distribution with a center of mass right below the driver's seat delivers pure, predictable handling. Low mass means quick acceleration all the way to its 150 mph (240 kph) top speed.

Early in its development the Speedster was tested in rally racing and scored second place at Isle of Donkk, less than two seconds off the first place time of a purpose built race car. This promising result on a very difficult stage confirmed the validity of the formula.

This is my new favorite. I hope you enjoy driving it as much as I do.

Love, carn1vore

It simply cannot reach above 100 MPH in that configuration.

Alright, ive found some issues in the Speedster. One, You could be using High grip tires with lower Tire pressure for more grip, and higher Engine RPS. Two, When I switch to high grip tires, the engine is not shifting by RPS, but by SPEED. It should Shift when the engines about to redline for Optimum Efficiency across all Platforms and redesigns. The slightly higher drag caused by the high grip tires makes it lose control.

Modular engines are going to make you a god.

A much Higher Performance version with a cockpit and no buttons, everything hooked up to the seat. Just the car, and maybe a tiny little Gauge For RPM and Speed.
