SLVAT Vehicle

An artillery tank that uses the Low Velocity Artillery weapon from PewPew tools. The controls are the same as the Tesla Tank except now you can stop the tank at a point you want by toggling NUMPAD 5 cubes in front of the tank. Use 0 key to shoot out the projectiles. Hope this doesn't get wiped out from existince by the weird computer issues that I'm having.
