This mod attempts to bring functional shields into the world from A Hat in Time!

Adds two new types of hats! Both of which has 1 main shield plus many flairs each! Some of which are just normal shields, other are shields with added effects, and some are able to attack enemies with.

You can customize which shield type you want via config menu.

- Lose a bit of walking speed when the shield is active
