Some time ago, I contacted modder aa0905766k to ask if he could make public the DLL source code of his mod CivOS, upon which all of his excellently made, 3D Leader-led Civilization mods were dependant upon, so that I could write compatibility for my own mods. He replied that he was no longer interested in Civilization, and was neither maintaining nor updating his mods, and graciously offered to send me his all of his source code and art. When I asked if it was alright if I republished his mods in a form that were compatible with mine, he encouraged me to do so.

Sumeria - Gilgamesh

UA - Epic Quests - Land-based military Units share half of their earned XP with other Land-based military Units within two Tiles. Clearing Barbarian Encampments grants an additional reward.
UU - War Cart - Unique Sumerian replacement for the Chariot Archer. It is stronger, has no penalties against anti-cavalry units, and does not require Horses.
UI - Ziggurat - +2 Research. +1 Culture if placed adjacent to a river. Must be built on flat terrain. Cannot be built adjacent to another Ziggurat. After researching Archaeology, provides an additional +1 Culture.
