a more armored up miner with anti Air capabilities, a bit slower and not too strong but much better than the GNAT, essensially ensures no Air assets mess with your mining

as the name entails, "hobble" is it a hobbling , heavier Miner unit that was built out of a need to protect from air attacks, armed with a single homing rocket, a few of these with your Ant miners will at least keep the idea of deterence of light cheap air raids early game off your mind. as a combat unit it is unfit , but it can at least be a cheap anti air unit if needed.
