this vehicle is essensially a bullwark, its not too fast on land but on water it is quite quick, armed with mostly Machineguns, a rocket and a custom turret its very pricey and well armed.

as the name entails, "Flotsam" the unit is a floating gunboat with a high ammount of weapons aboard specificly to deal with other sea borne units, it does not have much health making it essensially a glass cannon, using it in tandem with other units would greatly make its survivability go up, but its primary purpose is seaborne raids or anti submarine warfare.
