Description
Simple - Requires Wiremod.
Take out the 'Wire Advanced' tool point it at this. Then scroll down and click 'toggle'. Once you have put it where your unsuspecting victim is, point your 'Wire Advanced' tool at it and click 'toggle' again. After you click 'toggle' twice it plays an EXTREMELY ANNOYING SOUND. (Seriously, if your gonna get close to this thing TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN!!!)

and when i click it to a target it doesnt let me do it

it doesnt work perfectly because advanced wiring tool was removed...!
