SCTech Standard Issue Rifle

Description
The Standard Issue SCTech Rifle was deployed for use by the SCTech Frontier Class ship as a deterant against boarding pirates. Its quite a simple weapon, with only 2 laser weapons and a heat barrel, but it was inexpensive to make, and looked threatining enough.

Its a gun, thats pretty much it.
