Trireme Galley - The Galley is the first ranged naval unit available to civilizations in the game. It can bombard cities and attack units at sea or on land near the coast. It is also useful for limited exploration.

- With Il Principe -
UA - Delian League - City-State Influence degrades at half and recovers at twice the normal rate. Can found the World Congress without the usual Technology prerequisite. -33 Gold cost to Levy Armies from City-States you're Suzerain of.
- With Empires Ascendant -

UU - Trireme - The Trireme is a powerful Athenian naval Unit replacing the Galley. It has additional Combat Strength and Movement, and starts with the Greek Fire Promotion. Triremes can be used to dominate the waves before further Technologies are discovered.
UB - Odeon - The Odeon is a unique Athenian Building replacing the Amphitheatre. The Odeon increases the City's Culture, speeding the growth of tile acquisition. The City must have a Monument before the Odeon can be constructed. Contains 3 slots for Great Works of Writing.

Greece Macedon - Alexander

UA - Hellenic League Hellenization - Captured and founded cities receive a free Amphitheater. Great Generals can found cities. Receive a free Great General upon discovering Philosophy.
UU - Hoplite Hellenic General - Macedonian Unique unit, replacing the Great General. Can found cities.
