Waveform Epsilon

The Waveform Epsilon is a converted civilian belt ship retrofitted by RFS for transporting smaller cargo loads or troop compliments.This version still retains many of its civilian features such as the large windows with Ice guards, however it sports an array of anti ship and anti infantry weapons. Some ships on the front lines were further modified by their crews to remove most of the windows to be replaced with armored panels and the addition of extra shield generators.

The Epsilon is know for being somewhat unwieldy and slow for its size. It doesn't have very thick armor on most of the ship, being .5m thick over most of the lower deck, but has a decent shield. As a lander it can carry light vehicles and troops however the cargo bay of this ship is mostly open for further customization. It has a personnel ramp with an airlock guarded by turrets and a larger elevator for lowering down whole cargo shipments at a time if the crew is willing to depressurize the lower deck.

Its upper deck is home to the crew of 4, a pilot, co-pilot, and 2 gunners who are afforded a higher standard of living compared to most military vessels due to the ships civilian past. A pair of elevators are used to traverse the two decks.

Controls:
1 - extends landing ramp
2 - activates cargo lift
3 - locks down the ship, the airlock doors are sealed and the elevators are locked to seal the upper and lower decks
4 - closes the cockpit shutters for extra pilot protection
