Sun Jian/Ce Old Colours

Description
Recolours Sun Jian's and Sun Ce's (and Wu's) banners to be in line with the pre-patch motifs and colour scheme. Also switches unit/map colours as well.

Compatible with just about anything that doesn't modify very specific lines in the db pertaining to the relevant factions.

Hi It seems to be only working for the vanilla campaign now. The flags during battle will change to the yellow turban faction ones during Sun Ce's campaigns. Is there any way to fix it? Thanks!
