First P2CE Map

The first map on the P2CE workshop. This won't work anymore since the workshop revamp.

To publish this, I had to edit Portal 2's steam_appid.txt, run the game executable directly, then publish this map through the Puzzlemaker.

Later, I hex edited the Portal 2 publishing tool to allow publishing Hammer maps for P2CE, which eventually got broken when BSP v25 was introduced and caused it to crash. This made uploading new maps mostly impossible unless they were built using the original Portal 2 compilers.

The new addon-based version of the workshop is now live, finally making all of this obsolete.
