Description
The wide Roundabout intersection is commonly used (e.g. in the UK), where an ordinary diamond intersection cannot cope with the capacity.

Versatile, efficient, small, simple, and cheap.

Version with the sunken main 3-lane highway which crossing with a 4-lane avenue. Of course, you can easily upgrade the roundabout to more-lines-highway. Same with avenue.

@Marek - cylis has recreated all next2 roads but as single roads asset, can you update the asset to use this roads instead of the next2 mod, because it is causing a lot of preformance issues?

Wow, thank you very much! Fixed :)

It depends which you actually used -- their highways are slightly different. (BonBonB can apparently tell them apart by the slightly different whites on their lines, but I'm not that good.)

Disabling the DLC in the steam config is probably the easiest way to be sure it's not MT. You could also use something like the Picker mod (https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2172488844&searchtext=picker) to see which road comes up for each of them.

But I just looked in the content manager and it doesn't show the little MT icon on this asset, so it's probably using NExt2 highways. (Unless you did something funky with modtools.)

@me22ca Thanks :) I wasn't sure which of these things is required for a 2-line highway, so I set up two for safety. Maybe you know a way to check it, e.g. by turning off the DLC?

Nit: Why does this need both NExt2 and MT? Seems like you should be fine with just one of the two...

Nice shaping! The US version of this is the Split Diamond interchange -- basically they're the same, just curving one of the roads a bit more in the roundabout version.
