Instructions:

- Make two factions. Add an NPC to each faction, and promote that NPC. Make sure "Accept all" is turned OFF

- If you need an admin / spectator faction, make sure the faction tag is "ADM"

- If you need a Lobby to spawn, put the word "lobby" somewhere in the name of the lobby medical bay


Admins can use /start to trigger the faction assignment and respawn
