Description
Welcome to Cities Skylines: MARS!

These Solar Farm Network + Vehicle (technically roads + a bus + a power supply building) is used in CityWokCityWall's MARS YouTube Series.

How to Use:
1. Place down a Panel Network. This network is found in the same place as the regular small roads.
2. Use the Elektrix Road Tools Mod to ensure the panels are all facing in the same direction (change direction of segments).
3. Add a 1x1 Bus Spawner on the road.
4. Draw a bus line on the road.
5. Use the "Line Details" window to ensure that only the Solar Panel Cleaner Bus is the only type of bus that spawns on the line. You may also want to limit the number of busses on the line to 1.
6. Place Solar Power Supply buildings (found in the same place as other energy buildings) on the road as desired.

Why do I need Vehicle Effects Mods? Do you want the cleaner vehicle thing to light up at night and have a cool blinky light on top? If not, u don't need that mod.

Why do I need Invisible 1x1 Spawn Pack? Because you can't spawn the cleaner vehicles without it.

Why do I need Elektrix Road tools? Because it's the easiest way to ensure all the panels are facing the same direction.

I keep getting an error saying the battery large is missing. not sure what is going on there.

If you set the garbage to 0 it won't require garbage truck access. I made a local copy and changed the AI to Solar Power Plant with no workers, no service requirements, and pathside/ground placement; without workers it won't require hearse access either. Works much better for me now that it doesn't rely on wind levels and uses the solar power mechanic instead.

@Ciar Aon that’s because it requires actual road access where garbage trucks, etc need access to it if it was an actual solar building

Amazing asset, just wanted to point out that the invisible electricity building is set to wind power instead of solar power.
