Ports on major rivers

Description
This mod add possibility to build trade port building (up to lvl 5) in provinces neighboring major rivers.

Compatibility with saves:
Better start new game.
Also I add special decision: "Technical Decision for ports on Major Rivers"
This decision after use will add possibility to build ports in existed saves.
AI will not use it.

Compability with other mods:
Changes tradeport buildings, so better load after another mod which change it.
On bottom in load order.

Not compatible with Ironman and Achievements.

This version for vanilla game.

Please do not use two versions of the mod at the same time.

Is this still incompatible with achievements in 1.9 or is that note in the description a leftover from before?

Why this isn't a vanilla feature I'll never figure out. Especially in that time period access to major rivers was a HUGE deal and the reason why nearly all major cities of today's Europe are located by navigable rivers...

@misha_archmage I'm the mod author for the new COW3 that replaces the older COW2. I'll look at what's needed to make this work with my mod.

Yes, assuming that IBL2 doesn't make it's own changes to the port buildings.

If you replace your requirement trigger with this you will be able to remove the need for those massive lists and deprecate the other versions.
