Description
Introduction
A small mod that restores some cut content from the Ark sequence at the end of the game. Now you can sit down and have a full conversation with Catherine as opposed to the instant cut-to-black.

This is part of an ongoing project that aims to restore cut SOMA content and expand on the Main Game. As each part is complete I intent to release them individually to retain modularity. Subscribe to my workshop for future content.

If you don't want to download the mod you can watch the attached Youtube Video for the full conversation.

Changes:
- Restored some dialogue where Simon comments on his surroundings after waking up.
- Restored the conversation Simon can have with Catherine before the game ends.

Installation
Workshop:
Hit subscribe and the mod should download. Once finished, launch SOMA through steam and select 'Play SOMA with mods." When prompted, click play SOMA with add-ons and enable the mod.

Manual Download: ModDB
Download and extract the file to your Soma\Mods directory. Launch SOMA in the method outlined above.

This mod can be used concurrently with other add-ons including my Hard Mode Mod

NOTICE
This mod, along with all my other mods for both SOMA and Amnesia Rebirth, is officially discontinued and will no longer be supported or updated by me.

Consequently all my mods will be "open source" meaning anyone can modify and re-upload them. See the above link for more info.

I'm a bit disappointed that I have to replay the entire game to see this ending. I was hoping I could just see the ending that this mod includes. Not sure if/when I'll get around to replaying the entire game just to see the cut content.

the game engine isn't responsible for poorly done facial animations also I think this is unreal engine

I see why it was cut and only now realized that game engine is not doing that well with facial expressions, original ending is much better.

I will say....she looks like trash! Frictional still didn't quite manage to get humans looking good.

This dialogue while mildly interesting doesn't add anything to the narrative, and it's understandable why it was cut from the final game. The original cut is so much better, as you see her with open arms awaiting you, and it blacks out to the satellite in space. Then that's when it hits you like a freight train. Love this game so much!:VBOY:

You should add all the cut enemies and make the game harder to finish
