Unlock for player but i wouldn't even know how to do that. And its actually not even possible for AI either, because when the update rolled out i went and looked for the file names in vehicle folder and found nothing new added to it. It seems like that file only got added to the next gen consoles and not to all platforms. its also possible that its hardecoded and hidden away so modders cant temper with it
