A twisted manifestation of Amethyst, created by Steven's tormented mind.

The creature resembles a large purple deformed baby, wearing the face of a healthy adult, potentially symbolising how Steven sees Amethyst as "immature while pretending to be mature".

Then again, Steven's mind is a dumpster fire at this point so anything goes.
