but increase healing from 20 to 75 hp
increase cooldown from 30 to 45 sec.

*Need "Custom Weapon Base" from Rectus*

It can't use on yourself and I don't know how to add that function. I just want to change some status to fit in my game. If you want that function, you can try ask Rectus, the one who create the original Syringe Dart Custom Weapon.

how to use it on myself? i mean single game with no bots
