I got sick of sitting around in tribal era waiting for all techs to convert to feudal. Then I tried a quick feudal conversion mod... but was still sitting around waiting for the same techs to do anything. So I wound up cheating in all tribal innovations anyway. Then I cleaned up the mod, added all the tech levels, and uploaded it. The end.

Open the technology cheats decision and there will be 4 decisions. the first one adds all tribal era innovations. the second one adds all early medieval era innovations. I'll let you guess the rest. Note it does NOT add regional innovations.
