Music contents: 7 ambiance, 7 Combat.

Jedi Knight Academy, Jedi Outcast, a small bit from the original trilogy.

Recommended volume: 12 with seamless transition off.

Use Q menu and go to Utilities tab, there should be options to see the volume and options to disable and enable packs, the seamless transitions, force song and such. There are admin controls too to edit the volume and also a client volume so the songs aren't that loud.

Yes, there can be multiple. Check the utilities tab, NOMBAT then scroll to the bottom. There should be a "pack" button or something of the sort, if I can remember correctly.
