Description
Guys, the Thermal Drill!

It will play the radio effect from PD2 when you start and stop talking, and plays filters over your voice when doing the following:
- On Ground
- In NoClip
- In Vehicle
- In WAC Helicopter (Entities prefixed with wac_hc_*)
- In WAC Plane (Entities prefixed with wac_pl_*)

I really love this mod. It brings a sort of realism to gmod. One of my favorite mods.
